Description of the Service

1. Terms and definitions

A reverse proxy server is a type of proxy server that relays client requests from an external network to one or more servers logically located on the internal network. Unlike the classic proxy, which redirects client requests to any servers on the Internet and returns the result to them, the reverse proxy directly interacts only with the servers associated with it and returns a response only from them.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. The reverse proxy server service under the Agreement is a service based on special software. Under this Agreement, the Licensee and the Licensor interact by integrating the Licensee's network resources with the Licensor's reverse proxy server.

3. The procedure for activating and changing the Service parameters

3.1. Activation of the Service: The Service is activated upon completion of the following tasks:

Inform the Licensor of the minimum parameters of the connected server: domain name, IP address, port, CMS.

If access to the personal account is provided by the tariff plan chosen by the Licensee, create an account and password with the rights of the administrator of the Service, the parameters of which are sent to the Licensee's contact person personally to the e-mail address specified for him.

Create the Licensee's site record in the Service and DNS records.

Delegate DNS to the Licensor's DNS servers.

Activation of changes in the global DNS network can take up to 24 hours.

3.2. Deactivation of the Service

The Service is deactivated in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. As part of the deactivation, an electronic notification is sent to all Authorized Users about the reason and date of deactivation. The static reports of the Licensee remaining at the time of deactivation of the Service are stored for two weeks after deactivation, during this time, the Licensee has the opportunity to receive this data via communication channels (Internet), or by providing a portable medium of sufficient volume and a consistent interface (USB).

4. Restrictions and terms of use of the Service

4.1. The Service is provided to the Licensee with the following restrictions:

  • If the Licensee has not ordered and paid for an additional service on a reserved Internet connection band, sharing a virtual router connected to the Internet at a speed of 10/100 Mbit/s (guaranteed /maximum);
  • Number of Authorized users: no more than 1 person;
  • If access to the personal account is provided by the tariff plan chosen by the Licensee, then access to the personal account is provided only for IP addresses from predefined countries. The current list of countries is located at https://felix.techabantu.com/countries

4.2. During the use of the Service, it is prohibited:

  • To make deliberate attempts to circumvent the established resource limits on the basis of which Services will be provided;
  • To transmit and to distribute access parameters (credentials) of Authorized users, third parties;
  • To carry out mass mailing of electronic messages for advertising and marketing purposes without the consent of the addressees (SPAM);
  • To scan addresses and ports of other servers connected to the Internet in order to detect errors;
  • To generate directed excess traffic leading to the failure of other equipment connected to the Internet.
